Moore Rewards: Terms & Conditions

Moore Rewards Monthly Memberships with Moore Home Services will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW for successive one month terms unless you choose to cancel or your Moore Rewards Membership is terminated by Moore Home Services. Moore Rewards Annual Memberships with Moore Home Services will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW for successive one year terms unless you choose to cancel or your Moore Rewards Membership is terminated by Moore Home Services. Moore Rewards 1-Year and 2-Year Pre-Paid Memberships with Moore Home Services are pre-paid and will not automatically renew, but provide you with an option to renew at the end of the applicable term at the price then in effect.

You are required to notify Moore Home Services immediately of any change in your name, billing address, service address, email address, telephone number, credit card, bank or other account information. Moore Home Services may terminate automatically renewing Monthly Memberships and Annual Memberships after two consecutive months of non-payment.

Each Moore Rewards Membership is a one year minimum commitment. In the event of membership cancellation prior to the end of the one year minimum term of membership, any discount benefits received are void and will be charged back to you by Moore Home Services. Your Moore Rewards Membership entitles you to a wide range of attractive benefits, including priority service and discounts. We will attempt to contact you via e-mail, mail or telephone to schedule your free maintenance or you can contact us directly anytime to schedule your appointment. Moore Rewards benefits are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash. Any unused portion of your benefits is not refundable.

Information you provide in connection with the Moore Rewards Membership program will be used as described in our privacy policy at MooreHomeServices.com/privacy-policy.

Moore Rewards Billing

For automatically renewing Monthly Memberships and Annual Memberships, your method of payment on file with Moore Home Services will continue to be charged each month (for Monthly Memberships) or each year (for Annual Memberships) at the rate shown on your Moore Rewards Membership Agreement until membership is cancelled.

For automatically renewing Monthly Memberships, the first monthly payment is collected at the time of service. After that, monthly payments for your membership will be collected on the 15th of each month.

For automatically renewing Annual Memberships, the first annual payment is collected at the time of service. After that, annual payments will be billed on the 15th of the month of commencement the following year and will continue to be billed on the same date annually until cancelled.
